Hi, I had two units of X24 that the screen very dim & can't see. Please let me know what to do & where to send back to fix.

This can happen if the glass is broken (from something hitting or pressing on the display). Please contact technical support to setup a return.

They had not hit or damage. Noted in above threads that can send those displays for replacement. Am I eligible? If yes, please provide instructions.
