Using nylon tube as an antenna protective sleeve - flyingw - 09-23-2022 Jim, In a new installation I want to use some lengths of the inner tubing from a nylon pushrod as guides for the tips of the RFU antenna. Will that type of nylon reduce the range of the RFU? How about a thin plastic coffee stirrer? And, the small, thinly-spread amount of epoxy to glue the tubes to the wood. thanks, Paul RE: Using nylon tube as an antenna protective sleeve - XPS - 09-24-2022 Only wire or carbon weaved nylon is a problem. Anything else will work fine. RE: Using nylon tube as an antenna protective sleeve - flyingw - 09-25-2022 Thank you Jim, Paul |
