2.4 GHz Max Power output by FCC
#2
The maximum allowed power output depends on the exact frequency (with 2.405GHz and 2.475GHz being critical), but 2.4GHz is limited to 200mw EIRP, which means far less than that in sustained power. Our modules are 60mw (100mw EIRP) and they are at their max output for the duty cycle. Any higher output or any longer transmission cycle and they would not pass FCC testing.

1W 2.4GHz devices are illegal in the U.S. No exceptions, and a HAM license does not grant any special exceptions for any of the ISM frequencies - that is a myth.

If the transmitter module (or receiver) does not have a FCC ID on it, then it is illegal... period.
