Keep flying XPS with your Aurora and Kraft conversion transmitters.
I have a Futaba 9C and a Taranis, both equipped with XPS transmitter modules. Since they work perfectly, I plan to use them until something breaks. If something breaks, whether it be the transmitter or the XPS module, then I may be forced to look at another system. That would be regrettable since I have multiple Nano and RFU receivers in service.
With an X10 I can use another brand of receiver that outputs SBUS. I've tested using the X10 with a Futaba R2000SBM receiver and it worked fine.
