Accidents happen to the best of us, and sometimes we need repairs. Xtreme Power Systems has a great warranty policy but we need to find out what problem you are having before you can send anything in for repair.

Once you have been authorized by tech support to return something you will receive a RMA #. Once you do, please select this product (no cost) and proceed to check out to pay for the return shipping.
Once your item to be repaired arrives, we will contact you to let you know it was received and what the repair status is. We will return your item once repaired or replaced, or we will contact you to let you know that it is non-repairable and discuss options.
Purchase this repair, and then send in a copy of your invoice with your item to be repaired to the address below. Substitute the <xxxx> in red with the RMA # that was given to you by the tech support department.:
